Whitfield was hired to create a Launch Party for the annual Bermuda Rugby Classic. Over 500 guests would be in attendance and the team consulted with the World Rugby Classic Organisers to ensure everything would go flawlessly.
Local sponsors were drawn in to build an evening of games and entertainment in a large tent near the Rugby field.
International and Veteran Rugby Players from the UK, New Zealand, Australia, Argentina, France, Italy, South Africa and the United States enjoyed DJ music, food trucks, cigars and beer pong games among fellow local and international Insurance industry guests.
