ILS Bermuda asked The Whitfield Group to develop a fresh innovative approach to networking for sponsors and exhibitors as part of the ILS Convergence event. To do this, Whitfield designed individual pods for each sponsor, allowing them a 12’ x 12’ space that they could use for private meetings and client networking.
The pods offered a clean, contemporary look within the Networking Centre and were a featured area during ILS Convergence for the delegate luncheon and coffee breaks to ensure sponsors received steady traffic throughout the event.
