The Whitfield Group were approached by a private high net worth client and international brand to develop an event concept with a secret location and theme.  Working with the client, the Whitfield team developed a unique outdoor event that had the look and the feel of a Secret Garden Party.

Our remit was to create a visual and sensory experience to amaze and dazzle over 250 guests for an evening cocktail event with food stations.  A performance troupe was brought on board to deliver amazing floor routines using LED apparatus and acrobatics.  An illusionist was featured as the main event, who interacted with the crowd throughout the evening with  breath-taking performances and tricks.

The event was held at Tucker's Point and  intended to take place outside on the croquet lawn and in the garden areas around the pool and deck.  Unfortunately, torrential rain meant that the event had to be pulled indoors to the Ballroom.  Whitfield worked quickly to completely restructure the event structure, layout and decor plan to ensure the event was still a success.
