The Whitfield Group were commissioned by ILS Bermuda Ltd. to design and develop an event app to assist delegates with event information, provide push notifications and to encourage peer-to-peer networking. Whitfield worked with the client to develop a list of desired requirements for inclusion in the app.
The solution provided was an app that was compatible across all devices, including iOS, Android and native handheld devices. Whitfield built out all content and graphics for the app, providing a wealth of information options within the solution's launch icon menu, including event program and schedule information, sponsor and speaker profiles, access to thought leadership articles and peer-to-peer networking mechanisms that included direct messaging and a meeting scheduler platform.
The app is refreshed annually and launched several weeks in advance of the ILS Convergence networking event.
